Motivering och betyg: Lo Sparviere Franciacorta Satèn Brut är en djupt halmgul franciacorta som lagrats hela 24 månader på sin jästfällning i flaska vilket skapat en komplex skapelse. Detta är en mycket trevlig franciacorta helt baserad på Chardonnay-druvan där gröna äpplen, ljust bröd och citrusfrukter är en central arom, men som även döljer djupare komplexa nyanser av tropiska frukter. Franciacorta Extra Brut comes from northwest-facing vineyards between 15 and 20 years old, planted in calcareous-marl soils. The perfect combination of terroir and exposure of the vines yields an austere, firmly-structured Franciacorta with appealing notes of candied citron.

Lying to the south of the Lago d’Iseo and bounded on the west by the Oglio river, Franciacorta is a visual feast of undulating morainic hills that gently slope towards the plain to the south; thanks to its unique position, it enjoys a particularly mild, beneficent climate.
